Portrait of Rod Amora

Co-founder, CTO & CAIO at Berry

About Rod Amora

I write about how service firms rebuild delivery around AI: what works in production, what fails, and how the firm changes when the model sticks. My focus is service businesses with $1M to $20M in revenue.

What I am trying to understand.

The useful question is what AI does to how a service firm actually runs: capacity, cost to deliver, and whether revenue can grow without matching headcount. I write from the point where those changes meet implementation.

The work behind the writing.

I am co-founder, CTO, and Chief AI Officer at Berry. Since 2017, my work has focused on the systems behind growing service businesses.

I have observed AI adoption at scale through delivery data from 4,000+ businesses and 150+ franchise units and growing across a franchise network. I write about the operating patterns behind those numbers.

I have spent 10 years working with service-based businesses, on both the technology and the delivery side.
